Refund & Cancellation Policy

How payments are structured
Projects are fixed-price with a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery. That structure is itself most of the refund protection: you never pay the balance for work you haven't received and accepted.
Before work starts
If you cancel after paying the deposit but before we've begun (you'll know — the first deliverable is the project spec), the deposit is refunded in full.
After work starts
Either side may cancel with written notice, as set out in your agreement. You pay for work completed up to that point; if that's less than the deposit, we refund the difference, and we hand over the work-in-progress for the portion you've paid for.
After delivery
Your agreement includes revision rounds and an acceptance window. If a deliverable doesn't meet the agreed "definition of done", we fix it — that's the promise the balance payment sits behind. Once a deliverable is accepted (or the acceptance window passes without changes requested), payments for it are final.
How to request a refund
Email echothisisabc@gmail.com with your project reference. We confirm within a few business days and process approved refunds through the original payment method.
The fine print
Where this page and your signed agreement differ, the agreement wins. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domains, licenses bought for the project) are non-refundable once purchased.
