BenWorkSpace is a one-person studio in Malaysia. The founder runs it together with an operations system we built ourselves: it triages every request, drafts work, and keeps a tamper-evident log of every decision — while a human approves anything that matters before it happens.
Our first client was us. The email intake, the approval gates, the audit trail, this site — all built and run the same way we'd build for you. We'd rather show you a working system than a stock-photo team page.

Who actually does the work?
A human founder working with AI systems — not a hidden offshore team, and not an unsupervised bot. AI does the heavy lifting; a person reviews every deliverable before it reaches you and is accountable for it.
How does payment work?
You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts. Then a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery, through a secure payment link. You never pay the balance for work you haven't accepted — details in our refund policy.
How fast will I get it?
Your quote includes a target date. Small builds usually move quickly, but we give estimates, not guarantees — we'd rather under-promise than miss a date you planned around.
What if I'd rather build it myself?
Then the project spec alone might be all you need: after the deposit you receive a full written spec, and it's yours to keep even if you take it elsewhere. We also offer paid scoping on its own — the spec is the deliverable, credited against the build if you proceed.
What about AI mistakes?
They happen — that's why nothing ships without human review, why your agreement includes revision rounds and an acceptance window, and why the balance is only due once the agreed "definition of done" checks out.
